Priority Jewels Limited completes it's pre IPO placement with Leading investors including distinguished promoters from the Jewellery Industry and prominent fund houses

Priority Jewels is engaged in designing, manufacturing and sale of a wide range of light-weight, affordable diamond-studded gold and platinum fine jewellery, and it sells directly to independent jewellers and jewellery chains in India as well as select international markets. 

The pre-IPO round witnessed participation from several distinguished leaders of the Indian jewellery industry, who have invested in their personal capacities. Notable investors include Russel Mehta (through Cheay Investments Private Limited), Abdul Salam of Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Joy Alukkas of Joy Allukas group, Shrikant Zaveri of Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited, Suvankar Sen of Senco Gold Limited, Mavjibhai Shamjibhai Patel of Kiran Gems, Mithun Sacheti (through Plutus Equity Investment Services), Kirit Achratlal Bhansali, Chairman of GJEPC, Hiren Sagar and Samir Sagar of Manubhai Jewels, Bhavin Jhakia and Bhavesh Jhakia of OM Jewels, Paresh Shah of Brilliant Diamonds, and Tehmasp Nariman Printer, CEO of International Gemmological Institute Limited.

As per a media advertisement that was published in the Financial Express (English) on February 18, 2026. The Company, in consultation with the Book Running Lead Managers to the IPO has undertaken a private placement of 8, 25,000 equity shares for cash considerations, at an issue price of ₹ 190 per equity share (including a premium of ₹ 180 per equity share), which also saw participation from  prominent funds Invictus Continuum Fund I, Cheay Investments Private Limited, Plutus Equity Investment Services, Maple Leaf Trading and Services and Equityrush Private Limited.

The company supplies its products to leading jewellery chains and prominent Independnat jewellers including CaratLane Trading Private Limited, Kalyan Jewellers India Limited, Reliance Retail Limited, Malabar Gold & Diamonds FZCO, Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited, Senco Gold Limited, OM jewellers and Manubhai Jewellers

Its ability to blend craftsmanship with innovation has enabled it to establish long-standing relationships with major Indian retail jewellery players, reinforcing its position as a trusted supplier to its customers (source - CARE Report).
