Redefining expression for men, Malabar Gold & Diamonds unveils new platinum designs

21-11-2025   02:30 PM

Malabar Gold & Diamonds announces their latest additions to its Men in Platinum line, ahead of International Men’s Day. The collection reflects how masculinity is being understood today, where strength is shaped by empathy, intention, and a quiet confidence that does not need display.

The visual world of the campaign is built with restraint. Black, grey, blue, and warm brown form the base palette, supported by leather, linen, brass, and soft matte textures. These elements create a setting where every frame feels delicate, yet steadfast and enduring. The jewellery sits within this world naturally, with no ornamental excess.

Small moments form the narrative: a man adjusting a cuff, exchanging a look, lifting his child, or painting his daughter’s nails. These scenes focus on presence rather than performance. They show a form of strength that feels steady, grounded, and emotionally aware.

The collection is crafted in platinum, chosen for its purity and long-lasting strength. Select pieces include Tiger Eye, a stone valued for its warm, natural striations. Together, they create designs that feel structured without being rigid and warm without losing clarity.

Lighting carries the emotional arc. Sharper light shapes moments of control; softer gradients mark the moments of connection. These shifts help the pieces reflect both composure and openness.

M.P. Ahammed, Chairman, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, said, “Men today carry a different kind of clarity. Their strength has room for sensitivity, and their confidence has room for warmth. Our latest additions come from observing this shift closely. We wanted jewellery that sits comfortably in a man’s real life, where responsibility, affection, and self-assurance all coexist.”

He added that this change is visible across India’s cultural landscape. Many men now express themselves through quieter choices, valuing materials that last, details that feel personal, and design that reflects who they are rather than what they need to project. The collection draws from this lived reality, offering pieces that suit intimate moments, meaningful milestones, and everyday interactions with family and work.

Men in Platinum presents a design vocabulary that meets this shift with intention. It brings together material certainty and emotional depth, creating a refined expression of the modern man.
