PNG Jewellers Expands with Second Store in U.P., Celebrates Kanpur’s Cultural and Commercial Legacy

29-09-2025   04:10 PM

Strengthening its presence in Uttar Pradesh, PNG Jewellers proudly inaugurated its new store in Kanpur this Navratri, just a day after the grand launch in Lucknow. This marks PNG’s second store in the state and represents another step in the brand’s foray into North India, bringing its 193-year-old legacy of trust, craftsmanship, and innovation to a vibrant new market.

Located on Birhana Road, the large-format Kanpur store offers PNG’s complete range of gold, diamond, silver, and platinum jewellery. From celebrated bridal collections such as Pratha, Golden Katha, Eiina, and Saptam to lightweight contemporary designs, the store caters to Kanpur’s diverse consumer base, one that values tradition while embracing modern style. On this festive occasion, customers can avail a flat 50% off on gold jewellery making charges, flat 100% off on diamond jewellery making charges, and 0% deduction on gold exchange.

Kanpur, a city with a glorious industrial heritage and deep cultural roots, has long been known as the commercial capital of Uttar Pradesh. Today, it is an evolving hub of enterprise, education, and modern aspirations, while remaining closely tied to its traditions and community values. PNG Jewellers’ entry into Kanpur reflects this duality, offering timeless jewellery designs that celebrate heritage while resonating with new-age preferences.

Sharing her thoughts at the inauguration, Bollywood icon Sushmita Sen said, “PNG Jewellers is known for its authenticity and artistry in Maharashtra, and it is a momentous occasion to see the brand arrive in Kanpur. This new store will allow families in the city to experience jewellery that reflects both tradition and modern charm, making every occasion memorable.”

Dr. Saurabh Gadgil, Chairman and Managing Director of PNG Jewellers, said, “Kanpur is a milestone in our Uttar Pradesh journey, and this store reinforces our commitment to expanding beyond Maharashtra into new cultural and economic centres. Just as Kanpur has evolved into a bustling city of opportunity while holding on to its traditions, PNG too combines heritage with innovation. We look forward to building lasting relationships here with jewellery that celebrates life’s most cherished moments.”

With this launch, PNG Jewellers continues its expansion spree this Navratri, further strengthening its network of influence, trust, and brilliance across Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh.
