GJEPC recognized 40 of the most promising young professionals under the age of 40 through its prestigious ‘Forty Under 40’ initiative at the IIJS Premiere 2025. This forward-looking recognition celebrates the dynamic new wave of leadership driving the future of India’s gem and jewellery industry.

Launched to promote Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) and foster entrepreneurship, the initiative honours rising stars across the value chain—from manufacturing and retail to design, technology, and exports.
