Khandelwal Jewellers (KJ) marked 16 years of its employee welfare initiative this Independence Day, continuing its commitment to the education and future of its employees’ children.

For the past 16 years, KJ has adopted the education of its staff’s children, providing 100% support for school fees, uniforms, books and stationery. Today, 75+ students every year benefit from the initiative.

The programme is part of KJ’s self-driven CSR philosophy and is not mandated by any regulatory requirement. KJ strongly believes that “Charity Begins at Home” — and that an organisation’s first responsibility is towards the people who contribute to its growth.

KJ is also 100% PF and ESIC compliant, reinforcing its commitment to employee welfare and social security.

The support extends beyond school. Several students have gone on to pursue higher education in India and abroad, including CA, Law and Medicine, with KJ continuing to support deserving students throughout their educational journey.

This Independence Day, KJ celebrated the milestone at its flagship showroom with employees and their children, bringing together the KJ family to celebrate education, opportunity and the future of the next generation.

KJ hopes its 16-year journey inspires other jewellers, businesses and organisations to undertake similar initiatives, creating more opportunities for the families of those who help build their businesses every day.
