Business Model: Manufacturer of lab-grown diamond-studded gold jewellery. Operates via B2B (supplying to clients like GIVA, Palmonas, Onya, and Ladia Diamonds) and D2C (through subsidiary Ayaani Diamonds and Jewellery).

Issue Size: Fresh issue of 14,456,000 equity shares.

Purpose: Primarily to fund working capital requirements (approx. Rs 70 crore).

Financials: The company reported a significant profit increase to Rs 9.7 crore in FY2025 from Rs 4 crore in the previous year, with revenue rising by 80.5% to Rs 96.8 crore. In the six months ending September 2025, profit was Rs 8.5 crore on a revenue of Rs 88.5 crore.
Promoters: Rajnikant Lallubhai Chanchad, Sonalben Rajnikant Chanchad, and Savaliya Dhruv Janakbhai.
